Initial payment must be made prior or at time of drop-off. Prior to drop-off payments may be made online through a provided link that will be sent via email. Initial payments can also be made at drop-off with any major credit cards, cash, or check. 

We prefer that you are home at drop-off so you can specify exactly where you would like the dumpster placed and instructions to dumpster use can be properly provided. However, if it is not possible for you to be present at drop-off then prior arrangements may be made. 

No one needs to be present when dumpster is picked up. We will simply load and haul away the dumpster once the rental period has ended.

Roll-offs can be placed wherever the customer requests provided that is does not create a safety hazard. Street placement must comply with local regulations and may require a permit. 

No. Our dumpsters are designed to be moved only by specially equipped vehicles. Damage to property or dumpster may occur without the use of our special equipment. If you need the dumpster replaced please call us and we will be happy to move it to your new desired location. 

There are many items that can be placed in our dumpsters, including;

• Construction material (roofing and shingles, drywall, flooring, carpet, brick etc.),

• Recyclable material
• Landscape material (yard waste, trees , shrubs, dirt, etc.)

• Hazardous waste
• Paints and solvents
• Fuel and oil
• Pesticides
• Explosive material
• Asbestos
• Tires
• Batteries
• TVs
• Animal carcasses

Our price includes 1 ton of load weight. Additional weight will be subject to a surcharge. Most materials can be filled to the top of the dumpsters. You are not permitted to stack items above the sides of the dumpsters. 

No. We pride ourselves in providing transparent pricing and not overcharging our customers. Please note that overweight dumpsters, extended rental times, extra dumps or trip fees, hazardous material, or damage to the container may result in additional costs. However, these are spelled out before delivery. If these charges do occur, they will be billed out on a later date.
